The 7-day journey is designed for travelers who want a rich cultural and coastal immersion within a week, while the 10-day experience offers extra time for deeper exploration, including additional visits to artisan towns, Casa Wabi, Mazunte beaches, and the magical bioluminescence tour at Laguna de Manialtepec.
Yes. All accommodations in Oaxaca City and Puerto Escondido are included, carefully selected for comfort, authenticity, and location—ranging from boutique hotels in the historic center to beachfront stays on the Pacific coast.
Most meals are included. Expect everything from street food experiences (tlayudas, memelas, mezcal) to curated dinners at top restaurants such as Pitiona, Alfonsina, and Criollo. We also include cooking classes with Chef Francisco Aguilar for hands-on culinary moments.
Our trips are designed for small groups to ensure intimacy, connection, and personalized attention. Typically, groups range from 8 to 14 travelers.
Not at all. All experiences are guided in English, though we encourage interaction with locals, artisans, and chefs. Your guides will always be there to translate and facilitate.
Both experiences include walking tours, archaeological site visits, and some outdoor activities like fishing, beach outings, and optional swimming. They are moderately active but designed to be enjoyable for most travelers with average fitness.
International flights, personal expenses, travel insurance, and a few meals (marked as “free time” in the itinerary) are not included. This gives you flexibility to explore at your own pace.
